    Default BYE BYE BOAT Goodbye

Not leaving for good but headed to AR in the morning for a little boat makeover. Putting in all new interior, carpet, dash, a little polishing, this and that and upgrade the electronics. I wanted to have the factory do it because I’m sure I would have messed it up. I guess Bass Cat isn’t in the habit of refurbishing but one of their long time employees is.

I’ve looked at newer boats off and on for a few years now but I think this one will do for a while longer. Its old enough all my original colors (interior & carpet) have been discontinued so it will look different when I get it back.

It still looks good for a 93 and I bought it in 97, my wife was 8 months pregnant with our first child when I bought it. Both the kids first boat ride was in this boat before they were born. Both took naps under the passenger console in their car carrier and long after. Even to this day my 10 year old son will still crawl under it at times. I guess it has more sentimental value than it’s worth in dollars.

Sorry but my 4G htc takes some bad pics because the lens is all scratched I guess. Here are some before pics and pics of some of the new stuff I already have. I’ll update pics when I get it back which I hope is long before the bite gets good. Crappie slim should help break it in.

Nice looking kitty kat keefer, had a 91 PII back then different color. Mine was before the digital dash which looks like you may be replacing it with analogs anyway, smart move. Keep us posted and good luck.

With today's prices of new boats what they are I see nothing at all wrong with putting a little money in what you already have to make it last. As long as youre satisifed with your boat IMO youve made the right decision. Looking forwards to see the finished product but PLEASE...use another camera to take those pictures.
