Got Skunked!

Found the fish schools but could not get them to bite. Fished Shady Hollow Cove, Sailboat Cove, a couple of other no-named coves, and a main lake brush pile. Ended up with 3 dinks. Did see a lot of dead floating shad on the surface of each place I fished. Heard a couple of guys say they were snagging shad by accident. Lake level is down, water temp was 34, and the the clarity was 2+ feet.

Thanks for the report Alex. Sorry you didn't get into more. I got completely skunked from the bank. I've noticed the dying shad my last couple times out .. is that because of the water temp?

Thanks for the report, I went out for a little while at sailboat cove and crows creek off the handicap dock no luck either spot. Better luck next time.

Common Jack give us guys that ain't got all the money in the world to drive to truman a break. Besides that why they call it fishing and not catching!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
