    Default Truman 29-30

Got a chance to hit the lake with the 5147th best crappie fisherman on Truman Thursday I am going to say he is a better stick then that. He had us on fish all day but it was work Fished bluffs and creek mouth's, some wanted it dead still, some slow swing, some slow up and some slow down. Caught some 6' down and some 12' down over anywhere from 8 to 20 FOW. I don't change colors very oftern but it didn't seem to matter. Like Jigging Tournaments posted no real pattern. Thanks for the ride Kaz it was another great lesson. Second photo is a Kaz and his 11 3/4 inch football that weighed 1.2 lbs. Fat as a summer tick.

Took my boat with another good Truman stick today and it was bit slower early. Different area's but targeted the bluffs and creek mouths again. Morning bite was slow but around noon we finally found em stacked up in a creek channel and finished the day off with a flurry. Key to today was "Trust your electronics". Slow trolled 12' downdouble jig. Good thing cause the wind had us wore out. Didn't see many boats either day. Had a great time both day's and learned that when the fishing get's tough, keep moving till you find them. First photo is from today and will be enjoyed along with some Crown New Years Eve

Everyone have a safe and Happy New Year....out

Good times. I debated going today, wind prediction, didn't do it. Seeing those fish makes me wish I had gone.

    Happy New Year.

Conrays guys. You will be moving up the big stick list catching fish like that in tough conditions. Has. Even some great weather for December to be fishing.
