Great going and I like that jig on Stockton in the winter.
Put in at Bolivar Landing at 7:30 this AM and fished several spots with limited success. I think we had 6 fish in the well in the 9.5 to 10.5 range and that was after about 2 1/2 hours of fishing. We made our way to the mouth of Cooper Cove and finally got into some good fish. We left at 12.30 with 19 keepers. with 4 of those in the 12 to 13 inch range. We caught our better fish on jigs in 12 to 18 feet of water, with most fish being close to the bottom. We caught most of the fish on Bobby Garland baby shad in blue thunder with a 1/16th jig head.
Great going and I like that jig on Stockton in the winter.
Glad to hear a report from the pomme...... good job........
