    Default Crappie report for LOZ

Me and the lady were out for around 3 hours and while the photo doesnt show all the fish there are two limits there. I wouldn't let her leave until we caught the last two to make 30 we sat on 28 for about 4 and half minutes before she hauled in the last two and put her pole down. So I guess she really was hungry or something. We used white and chart crappie jigs tipped with silver nibblers on 1/16 oz heads. I've just started fishing the fall bite and I love it. If you only fish spring and summer trust me go in the fall. Caught alot of fish to get to the limit but the keepers avg around 10 in. The big was 12in. Alot of 8 to 8.5 inchers so LOZ should be on fire by spring. The big ones seemed to be at 6 to 8ft deep in the flats around structer or docks. Get out there and fish God Bless yall.

Nice work on a coupla good limits. Congrats.
We do not want the gift of a fish; neither do we expect a lesson on fishing; what we direly need is a chance to fish
