    Default Crappie elbow

I blew out my elbow this fall setting the hook on them Crappie when the fishing was on fire. Need some advise to fix it. Went with Inaboat and it was still there from the first part of fall.( Tennis Elbow) I wa wondering if anybody else ever had that problem.

I should have asked the legend. Glad to see you got out and caught some fish.

Had same thing a few years ago. Had to quit bass fishin for over a year because couldn't hold rod in left hand or even a glass of water. Got one of those braces that goes on your forearm. It holds that tendon down so it does not move in elbow. Mine finally healed up on its own. Good luck because it hurts like the devil at times.

Either get a brace or steroid shots your choice. Start fishing with the other hand in the meantime.

I had it early last year, Steve. I got one of those braces and it helped a little. The best thing I did was to.........go see a chiro. I know, I know....usually I don't put much faith in what they do but I was desperate. My elbow was 90% better after the one and only visit. He gave me some excercises that really helped. I'll be going back if it starts bothering me again.
