    Default Truman 10/16

Put in at Bucksaw 7:30 went up, caught at least four limits, kept two limits, part of which are on the catch and release in the grease plan as soon I post this! All caught in less than 15' of water, most in 10' or less right off the bottom. Black Chartreuse was the best color, although most were caught on minners, dipped in the hardwoods! Thinking about spider riggen when the water gets cooler, anybody ever do this in the late fall winter at Truman?

Sounds like a good day for sure. Rigging can be done on Truman in the winter. Must be very attentive for bites as some will just swim off with it. But some will still hit it good. I do more of a setting in one place or small area over brush piles. I caught a walleye last winter doing it. Give it a try if you can find some brush piles.
