I believe I fished that hump last week, nice report and good job on the catch. it will just get better and better.
Fished about 4 hrs this afternoon, went to a spot we fished last week and did well and they were still there. Lots of 9-1/2" fish but still fun to catch, I think I ended up cleaning 14, probably caught as least 40. This spot is about a hundred yards long and averages 13' or a little over, drops off on one side to about 15' and the other side to 18' and has lots of brush on it. You get off the hump either side and nothing, if you stay in that 13' - 14' depth they just pound the jig.

Very possible Beagle Man, when I was up there Friday there was at least a dozen boats within a few hundred yards of it but only 2 on it. Yesterday I was the only one on it and there were probably 6 or so boats in and out but none fished the hump. That is definitely a popular area.
Sounds like a good time and a bunch of catching, gotta love them humps......ditches, witches, anything different....
A FISH IN THE PAN IS WORTH TWO IN THE LAKE
Glad you found enough to get a few keepers. I'm thinking of taking a run to Stockton later this week looking mostly for toothy critters

Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak!
Glad Saturday was better than Friday for you. I like humps too, haven't fish any lately but will check it out next time out.
Here's a pic from that night. It's not got great quality because I took it with my phone after dark but the most important thing in the picture you can see real well My fishing buddy
Great picture! Her smile says it all.
