    Default Mark Twain 10/5

Finally got to go fishing again, went to Mark Twain yesterday and fished for 2 1/2 hours, 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm, caught about thirty fish, kept 13, mostly 9 1/2 -10 few went 11. You have to get down to almost bottom in 16 - 20 ft water to catch bigger fish, smaller fish where arouind 11 ft down in 20 ft are more. If you catch a fish on tree work it, you will probably catch quite a few more, it's finding keepers thats hard. I was using minnows with heavy split shot and a number 2 hook. Another beautiful day on the water

I put in at 107 and fish Shell Branch, sometimes I will go elsewhere but not to often. There's fish there all the time just have to figure out where to fish for them.

    NICE!

Been waiting to hear something out of Twain...... I'm in the process of getting the duck property ready, so trips to the lake might be few and far between.
