    thanks all, it was fun NOT, well maby a little, I moved the seat pedistal forward 3 inches, now I can rest my feet on the front raised deck, and reach the slow troll pole rack easier, and as for the fish slime, seems like the back of the boat is getting all the slime lately.

    you got to be ready to make a cut or two or take out the stering console. it aint easy but it was a learning experience
