It sure was not what I expected, I think I could have walked across the lake it was so shallow. It was tuff to fish for me in that shallow of water. Tried Mann's cove and then tried to go to Walnut creek but it was so shallow I could not even put my trolling motor in the water so went up by the dam. That didn't pay off so I called Beagle and they were in the back of Mann's so we went in there and JLT got one. I got one up to the top but didn't get it into the boat so we left and went to Woodson. Catch a bunch of NO JOES at Woodson and called it a day.

It was great seeing everyone, and meeting some new guys. Chatt it was great to meet you.

Frosty sorry about smacking you in the head with the crappie, I intended to send toward Buzzy. :D You owe me one!

Here are a couple of Pictures. I forgot to add Bob's fish weighed 2.4 lbs.

Thanks for posting the pic, Tom. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut ever once in a while. I don't think I'll be making that trip again.Like Terry said Saturday..."Sure is hard to pass up three arms of Truman to go that far and fish that mudhole."

That sure is a nice crappie!!!! It cost about 4 hours of fishing for every inch of that pig lol
