    Unhappy Indian Creek Ice Cold

I fished Indian Creek yesterday (Monday) with my dad and couldn't buy a bite. I have had great luck there the last four weeks and yesterday all we could get was dinks and not many of those. Talked to one guy fishing who said the bite had been good the 4th and 5th and terrible yesterday. Don't know what happened but something must have changed. I considered moving to Lick Creek but my dad (83 yrs) doesn't like to go at much over idle speed so we didn't move too far. But it was still fun to get out with dad and fish.

    Thanks for the report Scott

    Good Luck

I always drop the jig straight down by the tree, however I do drop it slowly. I seem to catch several fish on the drop. The pole i use is 9 feet long so i start with 9 feet of line out and work it up or down depending on the bite. Most every fish i caught was somewhere between 5-9 feet deep. Good luck and maybe i'll see ya on the water.
