    Just thought I'd let you guys in on what ole "Red" does when hes not fishin...Since you guys both met him, thought you might enjoy...1 1/2 inch spurs and 12"+ beard, he was a little on the thin side since a boylike that has gotta mate alot!

    Obviously, Red has a much better turkey guide than he does Crappie guide.

    How did you get that bird to play dead like that? or is it play possum?

    Well sac you put a bead on him about 30 yards away and you pull the trigger. Thats the easy part, the trick is to call him in to 30 yards. Dad's 72 and still kills one every year

    I quit turkey hunting when I found out you can buy them all ready cleaned with a pop up thermometer at Kroger but they don't sell crappie.


    Just kidding that is a nice bird.
