    Default tunica cuttoff


    I have been watching for a while and just joined. I like to fish tuinca and I just wanted some of yalls thoughts. I have allways been told that river at memphis has to be around 12' b/4 it gets right. anyone have any thoughts.

    LOL, you would have to put in off the leve prob, and would have trouble finding the lake....

    With the Memphis River Gauge at 37' +, the Cutoff is up in the basements of those houses on stilts. Maybe sometime in June or July the water will be back down. I would say forget about the spawn this year there. The rain screwed everything up. Last year was a bust at the Cutoff as well.

    ditto to what jfross said. should get a fresh stocking of asian carp for the cutoff which is great b/c we didn't have enough already... lol
