Anyone object to grilling some things along with the fish?

I guess there are those grills around this pavilion?

I'll bring charcoal, lighter fluid, boudain, styrofoam cooler, and aluminum foil.

I originally said that I would bring cooker, oil and hushpuppy fixins. If luvjign does this camp like he did at the last one, then we won't need anymore hushpuppy stuff. So, what else seems to be lacking? Whose bringing the ketchup and the hot sauce? What other condiments do we need?

I was trying to think of something we might not already have -

what about I bring a big sack of onions??? (and cut them up)

anybody else have to have onions with their fish?

I'll try to bring more stuff, but that was my first idea.

Mmmmm Mmmmmm. I love them onions breaded up like filets and dropped in with the fish. That is good eating in my book.

We're bringing shrimp creole and rice (spent Sunday cooking up a gallon of gravy/sauce), potato salad, and my semi-world famous molasses cookies and bowls.

Feel free to, CR. Yeah, they have the standard open (park-style) grills there. Sounds good.
