Thread: Head Count for "Meet The Members" at 333

I talked to Mrs. 333 again tonight about the Friday night dinner. If all goes well weather-wise, we can gather on a private patio that will seat 150 for a meal. If weather doesn't allow, there's a back dining area that will seat 70. So, because it's only fair to them to pre-plan for a big crowd based on an approximate headcount, I think we should start getting a good estimate of how many will attend. As for credintials of the food and service, I rate them 2nd to none. Friday and Saturday nights are Seafood Buffet nights......Shrimp (fried / boiled), Frog Legs, "Mississippi Farm Raised" Catfish, Crab, Crawfish, Pulled Pork, at least 6 vegetables,.......too much to list. It's Fine They have entertainment at random times on the patio (normally on Saturday night), but will coordinate a local band if we desire for that Friday (may be $2-$3 a head for us)........Ya'lls call.

They're tickled that we're planning this there, but are really wanting to have a real good guess on attendants in order to have enough food, drink, and help.

John, I don't want to fill up the first page of the board with Stickys, but this may need to be one.........I'll tally the total and edit as we go along.
