    I did a little research. The brand is
    Silver Ship out of Mobile AL
    Best I can tell it is the 28 foot, 9 foot 4 inch beam. Rated for assisting up to 150 foot ships in shoaling situations.
    Supposedly at home in 9 foot seas.
    There are some big yachts on Pickwick, but seems a little overkill?
    Someone must have got a deal, some good grant money that was spend or lose, something? I’m glad they have it though. I’m a little surprised to see it lettered up MS fish and game though, not Coast Guard.
