We got together years ago and bought a 3 basket 9 gallon fryer.
Anyone have an idea where it's located?

I remember seeing that cooker and hearing that it was bought by a group, but never knew the details.
But I wasn’t very active during that time period, think I was distracted with a woman that I wish I hadn’t ended up catching. Hate to bring this up, but seems like there were several folks that got mad and went away during that era? That would be my guess. No, I don’t even recall names.

Yes, the Fruit Jar tournament series raised money and purchased an 8 gallon Cajun Fryer. Big Blue keeps it at his place near Enid

They all got mad cause I whipped em and took their money. That’s the way I remember it anyhow.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.

A big part, but not all of it.
Lot of us other guys donated quite a bit towards its purchase. Just a small amount came from tourney funds mostly donations.as far as I know there was no list made of who all donated. I know BigBlue volunteered to take custody of it and bring it to cookouts.
