We've had lots of rain in the area last couple of days.

So did anyone get down there before the water fell out? I was was, but when I ran the tin boat on the hose, it wasn't pumping water. As a side note, it would be a good time to transplant some Tunica willows

On a facebook group someone said "Dig it out". If that was done there would be a layer of chemicals exposed. When the water is allowed to raise again we could fish all we want, but it would be years before we could eat what we catch.

Two to 3 years for repairs. 4 to 5 years for the lake to recover. Yep, find a new fishing hole.

Lowest reading I've ever seen. I'll get down there this week to see if any work has started.
