Won't need any fertilize. That lakebed grass will be tall and thick soon. Stink wherever the water covers it.

I'm thinking the problem must have been more serious than first thought with them completely draining the lake. I feel for those who may be susceptible to flooding downstream until the problem is corrected. If it takes years to repair the new growth will be great for new fry when the lake is filled again. Should be a great fishery again in 10 years. Sad day

    Sad day
Everyday spent outdoors with good company is worth the time and effort it takes to make it happen. Take a friend fishing!

My son sent me a link from a group he's in. Shows people picking fish up at Hernando Point and Hwy 51 Landing. Get them before they stop moving.

I saw a video this morning on a face book group. I think it was taken at Prichard bridge. Lots of dead fish floating down stream.

Local rains has the level going up and down.
Flood warning is off until the level gets back to 210 ft.
