    Default Corps Boat Launch Payment

Is the Corps pushing online daily use fees in Mississippi? Over here in Alabama they have been moving toward everything online. Just curious if the launch pay boxes were still in use or what the proper channels would be.

    Thanks!

I haven't used the day use fee boxes in years, but there was an out of state guy trying to put in at North Graysport Sunday, and he asked me about it. He said there were no envelopes in the box. However, when I put in at South Graysport yesterday, I saw a guy filling an envelope out. Apparently that box had them. Long story short, I don't know. I've been buying the annual pass for years..

*The reason for no envelopes at North Graysport may have been due to the fact that ramp has been unusable during the drawdown.

I appreciate it, that’s what I do over here. Looking for a one day trip in the next couple of weeks and just trying to get a game plan

We used to have the COE launch fee house (w/envelope & drop chute) in KY ... but they've been replaced with a machine that only takes credit/debit cards. Or you can buy yearly passes.

If you are disabled, military or a Veteran the passes are free. Below are a couple of links to assist. I called today about mine for Green River and this years KY Spring Fling. The lady who answered let me know that my annual pass for disability is good for the ramp fees AND she is sending me a holder for the pass that is hung from the rear view mirror.

You can call the office (s) that apply to your location and get information you need. On the right side of the list it provides info as to what passes each individual office can issue.

    Cheers and happy fishing,
