Someone has stolen a pic off the internet and claimed to have caught it in Louisiana but you and everyone on the Mississippi board knows the boy that caught it. That's a Mississippi born and breed fish

Figured with all the fisherman on the board someone would know who had caught it. A coworker of mine sent me the pic and said it was caught by someone in his home town, but wasn’t sure of the guys name. Usually a good start to a fishing tale. I know I’d love to see one of those jokers break the surface this weekend!

Did they say what it weighed?
Tell'em I'll be there.
Judging from the size, I think John is on the money and knows the fish and fisherman that caught it. But that is purely speculation. Most standard 5 gal buckets are roughly 17 3/4” give or take, and a healthy fish like the one pictured should be a smidge over 3, guy who sent me the pic didn’t have any specifics other than local ms caught fish. Again, lots of hearsay and I don’t like making claims that i think may be inaccurate. Guy who sent me pic is not an avid fisherman, so no telling.

It’s on the internet so must be true! He can catch em so I wouldn’t doubt the accuracy of this post.

I caught the fish wading on may 5th. It's a male. It weighed 3.04 lbs. I didn't measure it. The bucket is a 5 gallon bucket. It's a big 4 crappie. Anything else you hear is a lie. I've seen it all over the internet, some folks claim it to be one of there many 4 lbers they've caught. It's been good entertainment though.
I have never caught a 3# fish, but now I have some idea what one looks like. I takes a lot of fish to reach 3#!
