I fished Enid yesterday. It was a great day to fish but the fish didn't agree with me. Kept a few but it was a slow day. Could see fish but could not get them to bite.
Going to try one of them tomorrow and or Sunday. Anybody got any suggestions or info they would share.

Get some Off Shore OR12 planer boards and learn how to use them. 90+% of our crappie came from behind the boards on Enid and Grenada. They were very skittish of cranks close to the boat.

I use 2 18' poles straight off of the side of the boat and it does seem like those poles catch most of the fish. I have some planer boards but have not bothered to learn how to use them.
Thanks
I have a couple of planer boards.. may try them. I use 14, 10, and 6 ft rods from the front or back, catch fish on all 3 sizes about the same but have noticed less bites this year when i feel like im in fish
I varied my speed from 1.5 to 2 and did not seem to help. What would you consider fast enough?
I have run from 1.3 to 2.0 this year. Earlier in summer 1.3 was working well. Now I'm running 1.6-1.7. I rarely go faster than 2.0. I've only had one day this summer when 2.0 was catching.
Thanks
