Default Places to stay close to Ross Barnett

Looking for a good clean hotel close to the lake with plenty of room for boat, fish cleaning place and where I really don’t have to worry about anything going missing from my boat at night. Thanks for any replies.

You should be able to find that info on one of the crappie clubs sites. There are a couple of local clubs around the lake. good luck.

Like Thump said, not much to be found. Renting a campground camper is your best bet.

There are a few hotels on Old Fannin Rd, in Flowood just a few miles from the south end of the lake. Hwy 25/Lakeland Dr has a few options, as well. There are hotels just off of I55 near the Nissan plant about 10-13 miles from the north end of the lake. Madison also has several options but they are going to be the most expensive. You can call Tommy's Bait Shop and they usually know of any cabins or houses for rent in the area.
