I have heard all the pros and cons on Ethanol. I would like to see a yes or no survey from fishermen if they use it or not. I say no.

I do just like Blueball run it in everything ......Have never had a problem. On the boat I use Marine Stabil.....and I do have a water separator filter that I change yearly. All my fuel lines are rated for ethanol. My weed eater and chain saw I get the two cycle oil that has fuel stabilizer in it. My John Deere lawnmower the fuel never gets old I run it thru pretty fast. Been running it in this stuff Ever since ethanol gas hit MS. Use it in both my vehicles too.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

No problem with ethanol fuel as long as you use a fuel stabilizer. In my opinion, ethanol free fuel gives you a warm fuzzy feeling. The problem with any fuel today is that the shelf life is not very long. Without some sort of fuel stabilizer, you are asking for trouble after about 60 days. As long as you use it quickly, no problems. Haven’t you watched an episode of Crappie Masters TV? It’s a 30 minute long ethanol commercial.

The constant talk on Crappie Masters is the reason I am asking who uses E 10. I have been to a couple of weigh ins and they give extra money to the winner of they use E 20.

How do you know the non ethanol gas coming out of the pump is non ethanol gas? Do you know and trust the guy that owns the gas station? Can you be certain that the guy who drove the tanker put the right hose in the right tank? I burn what's convenient, sometimes non ethanol, but I ALWAYS put Ethanol Stabil or Marine Stabil in my tank. I don't know which it's called. There's one station north of the town I live in that has nothing but 100% gas, in every grade. When I have time, that's where I buy gas, but I don't always have time.
