    Default Mississippi in the Fall

I just tried pulling cranks on Enid at the crank fest and had a ball. Still a bunch to learn but at least I'm trying. The weather was great. Very little wind and almost glass smooth water. I am used to the spring fronts,5-20 mph winds and rain. Just lucky I guess.

Here is the jist of this post. I still have a credit on my account with the parks and was wondering what is the best time to set up a fall trip. I'm retired so other than the first two weeks of October I am pretty much open to anything.

    Thanks Bo

Depending on the weather, I'd say them last 2 weeks of October or first 2 of November should be really good. Lakes shouldn't be pulled all the way down yet and weather should be really nice. Be minnow pushing time for most by that time.

Doug you might see me but this trip will be with my regular guy fishing partner Todd. I may see you. I haven't decided exactly when I'm going but would be great to see you down there.

Well, every boat that I see in Mississippi that supposedly is from Mississippi is registered in Michigan. Every history book I've ever read in school the state abbreviation for Mississippi is MS. And the abbreviation for Michigan is MI.

So, are all of ya'll from Michigan? That's DEEP into Yankee territory!!!!!!!

    ROTFL!!!!
