Looks like life on the "shady" side is good. lol Good post.
Pass the "Sportsman Baton" on before you're gone, promote values for others to hunt and fish upon.
I hope y'all catch every stinking one of them

Clifford put a hurt on, em today. They wouldn't touch my crappie cranks today but neither would the crappie. Saw Dee out a ways from us this morning, then he left..... He'll probably post a pic of a limit here in a little while...
Feesherman says we need to catch all of 'em . If we do that maybe I'll get those 2 baits back... Lol
What I don't understand is why most folks here hate the stripers. I know most of the" active" fishermen here have their freezers full of crappie filets, and give away most of their catch anyway. The fight it's what it's all about. Fighting that drag stripping monster is a lot more fun than lifting up a crappie. Just my opinion....
rebranger LIKED above post
Probably cause they can destroy tackle and ruin a pleasant day on the water. I chunked a baitcaster for almost 20 years fishing for green carp. I find crappie fishing a lot more relaxing, also it is a crappie fishing site. I'm sure they are striper forums out there. Gets me, if they didn't restock those things in the rez there wouldn't be any to catch. From what I understand they have a tendency to follow the current and get washed out the spillway. Anyways, wouldn't get to offended by crappie fishermen not sharing your enthusiasm over catching stripes. I hate white bass, gar, drum and catfish with a passion
