Thanks fellows... It looks like this thing is growing, so we will need more fish, and more cooking to serve it all at once... Hope to have that sorted out by next Wednesday...

My fryer is a 3 basket 8 1/2 gal and is big enough to cook for everyone in a timely manner. All I need is some help battering fish and we’ll be good to go. I usually cook for 20-25 people at a time with no problem.
