    I'm sure it was insured but this was an arson on and to federal property, if caught the punishment should be hefty.

    There are scumbags everywhere these days. Some idiot probably did it in the middle of the night for kicks. I would be willing to bet they were not alone so maybe someone will talk, that's what usually gets this kind caught. It's on Fed property so I would think the consequences would be stiff. They do need cameras there, maybe this act will spur that into action.

    surprised it burned that much before someone notices it. not like there wasn't water to put it out. had to smoke a lot being plastic. alcohol likely involved!
