My deer stand is now a honey hole .

Enid lake water level is so high my deer stand is making for a great honey hole . No one knows where it is and can't get to it from the lake . Just waiting for the spawn . Going to be a killer . Bet not many people can kill deer and catch fish in the same spot or should I say same tree , lol .

Hey, that's what I do. When I cleared my shooting lanes in 2015, I anchored a ton of trees where I could fish off them later. 2016 was a great year fishing there. Last year, the water didn't get close, but this year, it's perfect again. One reason I love it so much is because I know the bottom contours by heart, where all the ditches run, drop-offs are. Me and you got it lucky this year.

If my deer hunting land was also my Enid lake fishing hole, then I'd be in the following situation:

1) Divorced.
2) Without a job.
3) Trying to decide if I care about either.
