Don't worry, I found the shorts for ya when I fished her last month. They made it easy though, either 13.74" or 6", lol

I guess all the crappie in Grenada have grown up. The last 3 times I have been- caught 10,6 and 8 today all 13-17" with only one short in 3 trips. Caught my first gar ever on Grenada today. 8 fish in 8 hours is a little slow but still better than yard work. The bonus when I got home was my son had come over and trimmed the bushes and cut tree limbs while I was fishing.

I fish, therefore I am!
Its nice when you catch some gooduns. Went once last week and had a very similar experience.
Sounds like a series of good trips to me! Minus the gar, hate trying to unhook those toothy critters. It always amazes me too on the lakes that produce the biggest fish seem to produce the less amount of short fish, guess they hatching at 11" or so
Good catches even if a little slow
Wow! 13"-17" size, real nice catch. I like catching shorts and throwing them back that way I know they are going to be some fish for the future fishing trips.
Be safe and good luck fishingbandchaser LIKED above post
I fished Grenada Saturday and ended up with 14. Most were 13"-14" had a couple 16".
