    Default Water Valley Landing

Once again I ask, are you able to launch there yet? Me and a bud are coming down Sunday thru Tuesday. I always put in there because I grew up in that area. Don't think I've ever crappie fished when it's this low. Most of my favorite places are between there and O'tuck creek on both sides of the lake. It's going to be a learning experience!

No way, Point Pleasant, Chickasaw, Persimmon Hill, McCurdy and Wallace. Some are saying Long Branch but they are having to really work at it with a 4 wheel drive so its a no with a boat of any size.

Thanks for the info Rees! All the places I like are between there and O'Tuck creek. Guess it's all high and dry. Me and a bud are coming down Sunday-Tuesday staying at the state park. I know how to catch a bass on that end of the lake, going to have to learn the crappie. We don't spider rig. Hate to ask since I didn't help, but if anyone knows where they put out trees this year it sure would help. Sounds like they might be the only sticks in the water.

There has only been a 2 1/2' rise since habitat day, none of the stuff the corp and volunteers put out has any water on it. Been very dry the last couple of months, only thing helping the fish out this year is the high winds...
