    Only if the river is above a certain foot at Greenville. I used to know but have forgotten

    They are terrible on the oxbows. I used to fish them all the time, but I fish Grenada and Enid now. I know a guy that had to have surgery from getting in the face by one. I have another friend with a very fast boat that wears a helmet with full face mask to run the river lakes.

    I sure miss fishing them oxbows! Its amazing what the carp have done and truly sad. On the other hand fish can still be caught just nothing what it was and to have to deal with them jumping monkeys not worth a trip to the doctor!
