Thread: any ramps open on Butla?

Coming from the North (301) the road has a barricade.

Hernando Point Boat Ramp off Wheeler Road

Southside of lake you have Kellys Crossing and Bayou Point. Northside you have Dub Patton (only access is coming from the south below the dam right now) and like getdnet said Hernando Point is open on Wheeler Road. 51 bridge is closed over coldwater river so if you go to Hernando point make sure you come in from Hernando not the coldwater exit. I'm planning on coming out after work today I will be using Hernando point. Good luck!

Coming in from the north, the new bridge over the emergency spillway should get you there. I haven't been that way but was told it is open.

Thanks feelay, you mean they got the new road open from 301 down cub lake road that comes out below the field office north of dub patton open already? We were talking about about it on here a month ago and the word was this fall would be the earliest it would be done.. Sweet, I will have to check it out sometime this week..
