    yep. if you intend to bank fish, then the emergency spillway below the lock and dam is a much better place. the Lux is famous for blues and flatheads this time of year who love to jump on crappie jigs and wreck your gear, not to mention white bass and largemouths. have caught some crappies, but small ones .
