    Default Bay Springs Flip Flop

The Bay Springs Flip Flop happened this week. Monday fish were in 40 to 50 feet of water. Today 99% of all fish are in less than 15 feet of water. Maybe some smart person can explain this but it happens almost every year on bay springs. THe area around Jackson camp church is solid fish from top to bottom. The water is the color of Grenada lake. Ashcraft and riddle should be stacked up with fish in less than 10 feet of water.

Kinda what I thought too. Wish I would have had my spider rigging stuff today. Left it all at the house because I was expecting to fish deep again.

I side scanned a lot of deep water on the south end of the lake and it looked like a cemetery. I did not see a single fish in the five finger area.

Caught a few stragglers deep but it was tough. All the shad were shallow and I didn't bring anything to fish shallow.
