    Default Fishing lake Grenada

My fishing buddy and I have been going to Florida the last couple years for our annual fishing trip but this year we want to go some where else so we have decided to visit the great state of Mississippi and fish lake Grenada. When is the best time to fish either tight lining or pulling. Neither one of us is into jigging so we don't have to be there during thr prime time for the spawn. Where would be a good place to stay close to Grenada. Thanks for any help Don

I think tight lining will be your best bet at Grenada because there so many stumps it would be difficult to long line troll. Just my thoughts after fishing there many times in the past.

The great thing about the grenada area is if they arnt doing anything on grenada you can load up and drive to enid and be there in no time. Both lakes are awesome fisheries. But I 2nd rees on hambones. Its right there close to the lake. You can also check out the cabins at hugh white state park.

Heck, it's difficult to get good timely information anytime the fish are biting. Just part of fishn. I always watch the chatter and when it's really quite I perk up

Heck, Boatbottom! It's quiet now, so somebody might be doing something....... but just not talking!
