Picking up a little hostility here. I am one of those out of state guys who wants to come down and see what fish in a lake with a length limit of 12in looks like. And maybe see a 3lb er. I don't ask for someone's gps coordinates, maybe just depth they are in, but a fisherman should figure that out after a while, and where not to drive with the boat to get beached or break a prop if never been to the lake. Plenty of water to fish without playing bumper boats! I'm not trying to steal anyone's fish or favorite hole by coming down, i enjoy fishing and rumor is there is good fish in this lake.

Fish fry, you certainly would be welcome, and if I could help you have a good time..I would be at the front of the line to help you..my comment was that if everyone post pictures, specifics, ect...it puts allot of extra pressure on the lake ..i have several out of state friends..they cone down, and work hard...and I hope they come back. I think we would be smart not to give allot of specifics in an open forum...work specifics in P/M. Most guys will help out. Here again my opinion....should be enough said.
I agree with keeping specifics out of open forum. One guy shouldn't do all the work to find the fish and then make it easy for everybody and there brother will pick that spot or spots clean. I would be a little disgruntled also. I hope to be there march 10 rain or shine and after reading didn't want to feel as if I am not supposed to be there. Hope the weather will be as good as it can get for fishing at that time. Hope to maybe be steered the right direction.
I will be sure to post my report if I find some fish. I try to do my part helping out also.
Only 2 trucks and trailers at Grenada landing at 4 this afternoon was from MO, people that aren't local come here to fish, locals have the advantage of picking the days we want to fish.

There was only 1 rig in the lot when I drove through about 2:30.
Thanks for the info. We will be down around the first of April. Don't want any gps numbers or creeks as we can find our own fish. Don
I also coming down in the middle of March. I only have one goal and that is catching a crappie over 2 lb and to take some pictures of large crappie. Everything will be catch and release. I to would like some general info like what color and depth and general area. Anyone willing to share this type of info Please pm . I will also be willing to share my info during or after my trip. I haven't posted much on this forum as I mainly post on my local forum Ohio Game Fishing under deerfarmer. I'm not a tournament fisherman but manage to catch some fish. The two lakes I fish here in central Ohio is Alum Creek and Buckeye and I'd be happy to share info about those lakes. It is my belief fishing forums are for fishermen helping other fishermen.
Not here for the most part!!!! Good luck fishing here and have fu !!
