I adjusted my Hi Teks one time to get the spread right and the rod tips where I wanted them and then tightened them down as tight as I could get them. Have not had to reach for the wrench since other than when I'm taking them down or putting them up, does not seem like a big deal to me. If it was, I would just buy oneof those knobs someone posted above.YMMV
I got 350 heads on a 305 engine.

Thanks for the tip on the knobs for the Hi-Teks, just put them on. Seem like they are going to be sweet!
