    Default Grenad Trip report

All in all a good trip. We did not figure the bite out like we should have(own falt) but learnded on the way. The fish we did catch were nice. I have never seen that much presure on a lake as what Grenada had! For the most the local fisherman were good guy's, you would encounter a few that you knew did not like out of staters but with that not sure I blame them due to the number of fisherman.(this is whole nother subject) Stayed at the Number 8 Motel and fair price fair acomadations.(parking is tight but everyone worked togather) If you go make sure you buy a good map in adavace I could not find one to buy around the lake. Someday I will be back south to chase those PIG'S.

Sounds like a good trip. Glad you enjoyed it. Hey, don't sweat what some people think about what they think is there local lake. As a COE lake, you have just as many tax dollars invested as anyone else. And Im sure the local businesses appreciate your business.

Believe me when I tell ya, that IOWA is on my bucket list for hunting trip!

Well anyone that wants insight to my state let me know, I will help with what I can. You all have some great lakes down there and I will be back some day, with a better game plan. As far as the few pepole I could tell did not like us, noproblem there I am smart enough to figure that out quick and go about my way.(in all honisty it happens here also not just out of state but out of county) I can only imagine what the bite is like today.
