It's not against the rules to prefish and its not against the rules to hire a guide to prefish with or even to fish with in a FJS tournament....
I said at the beginning of this thread that it would be interesting to do a tournament this way.
All the fisherman would have to Find and catch fish on a lake that they hadn't spent a week practicing on. But I guess that would just be too tuff for some guys.
