Ok Ok..Big C I agree with ya on being friendly and the introducing part...First time we really talked was at Butla habitat day, you is one helluva guy.. Slabin, you is a helluva guy and hardworkin man(strawboss) but if you aint ever fished a FJ dont talk bout em losing sight.... I joined this board in 2009 having never trolled in my life..The slot had just changed to 12" and keeper a keeper was about impossible for me... I walked into a Crappie.com Camp at Sardis in July and left with more information than I could absorb... The FJ's that I fished afterward were hard for me. struggling to catch 7 fish...I got my butt whipped repeatedly(havent won one yet) but through observation, conversation and many PM's to great people I have learned how to catch fish and be successfull...I have yet to win one but with the help and lessons learned I now have that confidence it take to compete with the best...Every FJ I have fished I ahve talked to or contacted the people at the top for info and it has started to pay off(these people are not evil, they will help you, some will bend over backwards for you)..I have talked pre-tourney with many that told me exactly where they were going and I have done the same( dont believe me ask Oleblue and BRM or Torch and Sat) I they asked and I told them where we were fishing.. If you dont ask you will receive none.. If you have never fished with us come out and form your own opinion.. These folk are much different that what you perceive reading their post on a website... WB (for example) is one of the nicest, most helpful souls you will ever meet.. Come join us, Form your own opinion..Nobody is getting rich fishing these FJ's I promise.. We are in it for fun and fellowship

That's a mean and nasty lie! I'm meaner than a snake and a dangerous man. I once killed a preacher for asking me for fishing info then burned his church down and converted the congregation to Catholicism.

That said, I can't take all the credit for Big blue's success. He was an excellent student. Even DD says so.

i'm greener than ANYBODY on here. Heck before last August I thought the only way to catch crappie was drift fishing--no lie--but with the kind help of WB, Big H, Cockrum, Donnie, Feelay, Cray, Mr. Jim, and a few others I can't remember--I've actually learned otherwise (of course I am pretty smart too ) Now it took me until July to put it all together (almost a full year) but it has worked and all thanks to my fine friends on c.com--just my .02 cents.

Well said KDAVID......everybody here is good folks, great guys, etc. etc. Just wish they could all get along and quit fussing about the FJ's and anything else that comes up. Fishing is supposed to be fun not fussing and fighting.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.
