Thread: 1st trip to Watts Bar

Fatboy gave me a guided trip on Watts Bar yesterday. It's the most senic lake I've ever fished and the drive over there was beautiful as well! We hit a lot of rain on the trip over and on the way back but the rain wasn't too bad while we fished. Didn't catch a lot of fish but did get a few good ones. I'll be making a return trip for sure!

Nice fish:D Been wanting to fish watts bar, a friend told me he likes the lake, but is a bass fisher. How is the crappie fishing down there? Went to weiss the 1st week of march and had snow, and cold winds. Any info would be apprecated on places to stay. Thanks
