Kids and Co-Ed Tournament May 5th 2012
The MTCC will be hosting a kids and co-ed tourney May 5th, 2012. This tourney is less than 2 weeks away.
This one is designed to be a special day for kids and/or for time with your significant other.
This tourney WILL NOT have any cash payout, except for the prizes and gifts given to the kids.
We ask that each team/boat that enters donates $10.00 per boat to MTCC, and this is only to help offset cost of the items we will be purchasing to give to ALL children who fish in this tournament.
Again, in this tourney, ALL the kids will win and get to have a good time out learning to crappie fish and have fun learning about the sport we all love.:Hands Clapping This tourney will take place at Woods Reservoir. We plan on starting at 7 am and the weighin to begin at 2 pm. This tourney is all about fun for the kids, time with friends and family, so we want anybody that is out there who wants to fish to come join us. You do not have to be a member of our club to bring a kid and fish, or a wife/spouse/girlfriend/mom/significant other either for that matter. Any boat that enters needs to have on file a copy of insurance proof with us though. You can fish with more than 1 child if you want, up to boats legal limit on persons. We will be launching from Franklin County ramp and weighing in there as well. Again, this tourney is for fun for the family, and wont have alot of rules to remember if your not club members. Contact me or another officer with MTCC if you have any questions. We want you to come and if you can let us know your coming, especially if your bringing kids, that would be great.

I will be fishing saturdays tourney with a boy I know from church. Hes excited and ready to go. Would sure love for some more to call and say they coming with their family, some kids, or grandkids, wife, etc.. The more advanced notice we can get would be awesome.

It doesn't look like I'm going to be able to make it. I was planning on bringing my 3 yr old niece. Even got my wife to cancel her class for that day. However, when i called my sister to find out if I could have Allie for the day I found out my sister was graduating from Motlow that day at 10:00. So now we got a graduation to go to. If we get done in time my Wife and I may swing by for the weigh in. Hope everyone catches a bunch,it's always fun with the kids in the boat.
