GCF and I tried it under the lights last night and ended up boating 3. 2 Rocks and a hybrid. GCF caught a bunch of those pesky stripes on jigs as they were everywhere! We had numerous runs with no results. It was a great night to be out and the company wasn't bad either.

As Randy said, it was a great night to be out on the water. Randy did all the work and the catching of the real fish, as I just sit in the back watching the small stripers eat their weight in minnows around us. Even though I thought it was going to be viciously hot, it was really not bad at all out. Thanks for the trip C1. I have attached photos of last nights trip with Randy to Tims Ford. Thumbs Up

Im headed up to Woods Reservoir tonight for the crappie if they will cooperate. JohnW and I have had this planned for several days to get up there and try the night bite. Hope they are hungry.

Well it was not the night to be up woods last night. We fished hard for the crappie but couldn't find anything. We was so disgusted we left about 415am knowing daylight was coming soon but felt it was just not a good time to be there. I bet today was better as I have noticed conditions are different. Last night was very clear and no breeze at all.
