WOW!!! I thought about going this morning but when they said 30 to 40 mph wind gust i changed my mind Glad ya made it back alive.:D
Well, if you are wondering if somebody braved the wind and fished today, wonder no more.Fished till around 2.Had 4 keepers, and 1 really nice fish. Not really worth fighting the wind for, but spent some time looking for new places and found some good spots and marked them.Fish was deep but winds was tough......No place to get out of a S.E. wind this time of year and stay close to the channel. No legal place to get out of the wind anyway.lol :D

Now, I would have never went to Guntersville today, but it was not at all unbearable on Woods Reservoir.I would have rather been in less wind, but I was never even close to any danger as you can get into on Guntersville. When the winds started up high this evening, it was time to get the truck.
Did you catch any off your porcupines, or have you set them out yet?
How deep were the fish and what was the surface temp?
Everyone else was at the mall or Wal-Mart Hope those new spots pay off big before long!
The wind was my deciding factor today also. I was in 25mph or better winds a while back and discovered my limits. Glad you got to go, temps were nice. A few more fish would have been nice , huh? All done, all safe, all good.
