Default Voyage of the S.S. Leaks-s-A-Lot

Took my small boat, the Leaks-A-Lot, back to my spring crappie canal today. Got there about 9am with the temp a whopping 41*, a 10 mph wind and spitting rain/snow mix. A typical spring day in Michigan. The crappie are still there but today they wanted the smaller profile of the Baby Shad rather than the Crappie Magnets. Bleeding Shad was again the hot color and I was set 12" down. No real big fish today, they were all cookie cutter 10"-11" with a few smaller that got released. They were holding close to shore in from a cabbage bed and where the lilly pads will be growing soon. Kept a 25 fish limit and released twice that many. By the time I got back in the truck I was frozen, I need to learn how to quit sooner.Name: 23164.jpg

    Oh yeah,

I HAD a leaks allot, more like the “Attempts to Sink”

However water test was good, took a second test as well just to be sure.

Was going to head down the Erie today for some Walleye, and was going to spend the weekend.

Then wife’s dog came down w/ some issues, and it all got canceled.

Took me most of the afternoon to get warmed back up. Didn't realize I was so chilled while I was out there.

Aaron, do you think Crestliner would fix the leak in my boat? I took on a few gallons in the 4 hours I was out. Might have to put it on horses and fill it with water to see if I can find the leak. Don't use it very often but it would be nice if it stayed dry when I do use it.

Yeah, it's like-Man I'm cold, whoa, I got a bite, nice fish. Man I'm cold, whoa, another bite, etc. Hard to leave when the fish are biting.

I had the same problem when I was a high schooler. I had a beagle for hunting rabbits and I would stay out so long that I couldn't take the safety off because my fingers were so cold.

I have spent some cold times out fishing. Don't usually get cold until the fish stop biting

    Sparty,

    They sure can,

They will fix it, and send it back with the sides all scuffed up, and you will have to fine an insurance claim to get the sides fixed.

Then pay your deductible, but I’m pretty sure w/ the documentation I have that Insurance is going to go after then for the claim.

Just don’t take it to Lyndin Sports, he will screw you over.
