Dad swears by Copper fit. Says it actually works. You can get them at Wal-Mart.
I actually bought the copper fit one a couple weeks ago
To sore to put on right now though

Michelle and I arrived home around 730 this morning..we made a few more stops on the way home..guess not wanting the week to end..caught a lot of fish. Mostly spotted sea trout but also caught a wide variety of species..on the blow out day for our size boat I played in the canal..I threw some of the Crappie plastics on jigs for mangrove snappers, lady fish etc. and found they caught a few trout..tried them out on the flats and they produced really really well. Caught about 6-1 versus Michelle's live shrimp. I ended up using them the rest of the week..now I need to replenish as everything there have teeth, tore them up and had to be replaced regularly...the best I used was a Mr Crappie chartreuse and white clown...saw a lot of wildlife that came close to the boat and the weather was beautiful. Was glad to see team overalls and the rest of you get out and catch a few...looking forward to getting back in my home waters. Name: 5443.jpeg

Those are some cool looking fish. I know the trout, what are the others?

Looks like you got a picture of my brother taking a swim. I thought he came back a couple of weeks ago. He's the one without the fin.

I saw mackerel, speckled trout, lady fish and I think a small grouper. Where were you?

We fished out of St James city in Pine Island sound..Sanibel island is close enough to allow us to fish out of my size boat. The lady fish gave Michelle her money's worth...they call them the poor man's tarpon..huge runs and jumps...don't eat well, most use them as cut bait but a riot to catch..I thought the one might have been a little grouper but not sure, kinda the fun down there as you never know what is on the other end of the line....as far as the toe nails go...what happens in Florida stays in Florida..

Has anyone been out in the Hastings area? I'm going that way tomorrow with Jeff and we're thinking Gun Lake or possibly Crooked. Any suggestions?

Talk to John "Steelguy". I doubt he has been out because of the knee issue and getting his boat ready but... if anyone knows the area, what is biting and where to go, it is him.

Kevin and Jimmy might weight in too. Not sure if Kev hit Gun or Gull the other day with uncle Al, but they did pretty good.

I'm debating on heading to an old haunt of mine I haven't fished in 4 years. Had a bad die off the winter before. I used to hammer giant gills and big numbers of crappie. Gotta take the little boat though.

All that hinges on if I get Sugar beats in the ground. Spent last night mowing corn and tonight I tilled 3 acres. Still have more to do for corn but I had to get this area ready.

My back hates me now. Not sure how long I can put surgery off anymore.
