Yup, topped off the house generator yesterday. Might be the 3rd time this winter it had to be used.

Five just got back from nice weather in time to enjoy some of this Michigan hospitality too. Looks like it's knocking on his back door right now!

My generator runs on propane. The magic little elves that live inside start it up when they see that the power has gone off. It runs important things in the house.... Like my big freezer, my fridge, my microwave, my garage door opener, well, hot water heater, television, direct tv... you know, all the essential stuff!

I went out and split a load of wood yesterday afternoon just to be safe! By hand of course. God I remember when I was a kid I would split face cord after face cord by hand. Then I got a splitter... then I decided to get out of the wood business and sold my splitter. Yesterday, I split a piece, leaned up against the Side by side, loaded it, leaned up against the side by side, split another piece, complained about not being limber enough to bend over and pickup the pieces I just split, then I looked around at the trees, the breeze, enjoyed the sun and 40 degree day and thought... Man, I am glad I am still able to be out here doing this!

I'll take the snow and no power compared to what some folks in the south east got hit with, spring is a rough time. Be carefull of the heavy snow.

Sure came in handy yesterday between clearing out my snow and helping get vehicles out of the ditches, including my son and grandkids coming over to build duck nesting boxes.

Nice outfit. Nothing gets the testosterone flowing like plowing snow. Not a huge fan of running a shovel but give me something with an engine and a plow and I'll keep at it all day.

Not only knocked, but dang near blew it down. Probably had 8", wet and way heavy too. Supposed to be warmer this wknd, NICE. I do hope that winter is over tho, getting more and more NOT liking this time of year. If Dee's new parts allow, I will make a habit of AZ and SoCal!! 5

So I sold a couple of guns and used the cash for a Helix 5 DI-GPS, And after looking over the posts on transducer placement I am pondering mounting it on the trolling motor. Has any one done this?
Also has any one used the lakemaster sd card? Worth the money?
