    Default More kayak crappies

Slipped out on the water for a couple hours last evening. Ccccold out, at only about 43 degrees. A bit breezy. But the fish were biting. Males and females. Females deeper then males. 55 degree water. Round 2 today, and hopefully will get the same kind of action on video today.

It is not about the equipment you have to use,
It is about how you use the equipment you have. :D

Nice catch for sure! That doesn't look like H.L. behind you. Crappies have been in the cuts for 2 weeks. I saw some dandy slabs caught behind Whitehead's last week. "A little breezy?" OH YEAH! The hens were laying the same eggs all day Saturday and Sunday.

I have been doing pretty well for about a month now in Allegan/Kalamazoo/Van Buren counties. Lately the fish Ive found have been close to spawning areas, but hugging tight to weed beds and sunken timber. Thumbs Up
